Returns
Simply email Electrum on sales@electrumgallery.co.uk within 7 days of the date you received your goods to inform us if you wish to cancel your order and return your goods. Package the piece back in its original packaging, enclosing a copy of your original invoice and pop it in the post to us.
You are responsible for arranging to have the items returned to us. We request that returns are shipped through either Fedex (international) or Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK). Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods and we are not responsible for items which are not successfully returned to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note:
- Please enclose a copy of your invoice with the returned items
- Place items in the original packaging
- Our return address is: Electrum Gallery, 21 South Molton Street, London, W1K 5QZ
- Returns received outside the above time frames will only be accepted at our discretion
- All items must be unworn and in their original condition
- Electrum will not accept returns for any items that have been worn
- Bespoke items and Special Orders cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstance
- Refunds will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. The cost of any undamaged and unworn products, correctly returned will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card, including sales taxes for all EU country shipments but excluding any shipping charges. Electrum accepts no liability for the length of time it takes for banks take to process card refunds.
- Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU)
- Your statutory rights are not affected by failure to inform us that you are returning an item
- Unauthorised returns or exchanges will be returned to the sender
- Returns outside the above time frames will only be accepted at our discretion
Exchanges
To exchange your purchase for another item or a credit note, we would request that you email us at sales@electrumgallery.co.uk within 7 days of the date you received your goods. Alternatively you can call one of our team for advice on another item on +44 (0) 207 629 6325
Please note:
- You must return and exchange your item within 28 days of the original purchase date
- You will be charged for any difference in cost, plus any additional shipping, taxes and import duties
- Exchange items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and have been checked
- To return an item to us for exchange, please follow the returns procedure above
Faulty Goods
Simply email Electrum on sales@electrumgallery.co.uk within 7 days of the date you received and then follow the returns procedure above
Please note:
- Faulty items can only be returned if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged, or if there is a manufacturing fault 2 up to 2 months after delivery
- All items returned as faulty will be inspected
- Items damaged as a result of wear and tear will not be accepted a.
- It may be possible for us to repair items. Our personal shoppers will identify the appropriate artist for this work. There is a charge for this service, and shipping is charged.
